The run starts and finishes at the sailing club, and runs east towards Seaford Head and back. The club will be open at the finish for drinks and meals, and you can watch the sailing on the bay. Anyone requiring a meal must prebook with the sailing club caterers via Tom Roper. Menu available shortly.
