Seaford Striders Running Club is pleased to announce its socially distanced 2021 Couch to 5k group. It will meet at the Richmond Road Car Park (by the Salts) for 9 weeks from Tuesday 13th April at 7pm. The group aims to celebrate its successful completion at Seaford Beach parkrun on Saturday 12th June.
Just to confirm that the next c25k programme will commence on Tuesday, 21st April at 7.30pm at the Salts recreation ground. Anyone who would like to register their interest must sign up using info@seafordstriders.org.uk
