Details for our WNS groups Wednesday 4th August 2021

- Graham’s medium group – Meet at the top of Firle Road. 9 – 9.5 minute mile pace, distance 6 – 7miles, occasional stops dependant on route.
19:00
- Nick’s fast group – Meet at the Downs Leisure Centre, Pitch Side 8 – 8.5 minute mile pace, distance 7 miles. This week led by Coach Jeff.
- Victoria’s chilled group – Meet at Seaford Head School, Arundel Road 11 minute mile pace 11+ minute miles with stops for chatting and catch ups on the way round. Distance 3 – 4 miles, regular stops on route.
- Julie’s medium group – Leisure Centre Over 60’s Car Park 10 minute mile pace distance 5 – 7 miles, occasional stops dependant on route.
Just a couple of days until the Striders take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge.
Unfortunately the weather is not looking as good now. A high of 16c with a 90% chance of rain.

I will be sending out an email to all those who have confirmed their places with more details, for now I would appreciate it if everyone could email me with their pick up point, phone number and emergency contact number and confirmation they have paid the full amount.
Myself and Julie will be putting together an information pack to email out to you later this week including a PDF of the route and GPX files.
